Sri Lanka: The amazing mountain fortress of Sigiriya & its frescoes

On day 2, we visited the amazing mountain fortress of Sigiriya & its frescoes. Due to the heavy rain, we did not have a good view of this UNESCO-listed world heritage site but the 6th century AD frescoes here were vivid and beautiful.
