KM asked if I'm really into micro-planning. Not really though to greater extent than before. As I tried to book some Caribbean flights 2 weeks ago, the airlines all want assurances that I would be leaving the country I am buying an air ticket to. No choice, I ended up buying all the cross-border flights. Hotels also cost horrendous in these holiday islands...
