On yet another annual visit to Bangkok. This city has never bored me. I learned something more about the creative and resilient Thai people on every new trip to Bangkok. On this trip, I have seen further improvement in software and organisation at MBK and Jajutak Weekend Market. This, however, was tainted by, what seemed to me like more taxi drivers trying not to switch meters on compared to my previous trips. I wonder if there really is a new trend. I also saw more beggars. Are these signs of uncertain economic times, coupled by political complications?
