The so-called Mr Li US California Beef Noodle Chain which I came across in every Chinese city. It serves Chinese food served in US fast food style environment. Its specialty is beef noddles, but I found interesting is the use of "US" and "California" when both these are hardly known for noodles, and in particular, beef noodles.
