The connection between Hungary, Libya, Bahrain & Japan

The outcome of Hungary 1956 is almost certain at Benghazi in the coming days. Egyptian border should now expect exodus of failed revolutionaries. My deepest sympathies for the inhabitants of Benghazi and Al Baida, wh treated me with great hospitality 3 years ago. The catastophe in Japan has diverted attentions, & given Libya and Bahrain even freer hand in crushing their respective rebels.

This is so true. I'm studying the Hungarian Revolution, and it instantly reminded me of Libya's situation at the moment. Fortunately, the United Nations has intervened and is now providing the rebels with military support.
