Monrovia, Liberia: Remains of war

Poor Liberia had gone through decades under the rule of dictators and 14 years of civil war. It is only now beginning the reconstruction process. The remnants of war are everywhere in Monrovia. Ruined buildings in the city centre, the burned out monumental Masonic Temple (past Libero-American presidents were Grand Masters of the Masons of Liberia), abandoned military hardware, etc. UN personnel, vehicles and military equipment are everywhere too.
